After his return from UK in 1995, acquired solid pedestrian accessibility and walkability overseas experience, he further accumulated a full spectrum of traffic engineering, transport planning and project management services through his works for various Government and private projects. He is a renowned professional specializing in traffic engineering design and transport planning. He has managed a wide range of development studies related to rezoning application, technical feasibility, MLP, GBP studies for CDA, NDA, housing sites, science/logistic parks, hospital, elderly care home, Departmental Headquarters, University and Schools. He is familiar with various micro-simulation model tools for vehicle/pedestrian assessment like Paramics, UAF and STEPS for top-management visual aids presentation.
