Ho Wang SPB was the traffic consultant for this iconic top class residential cluster belonged to the Chairman of Henderson Land Development Ltd and his family. Taking the advantage of the hilly terrain, the three mansions are raised to a panoramic view platform integrated with prominent white Roman stone arch structural features garnished with vertical landscaping.  This project with a site area of 4,900m² has involved in the traffic impact analysis, detailed design of internal access road and car parking and loading/unloading arrangements. The GBP has successfully acquired a total of 16 car parking spaces for 3 detached mansions of 2,500m² (approx.) each.
