The developments in Black’s Link at the Southern District are scattered with high end luxury residential developments.  The developments cluster at Black’s Link are designed with a gradually rising access road servicing these masonry outlook Spanish roof classy mansions to acquire scenic view of the Tai Tam.

Ho Wang SPB was the traffic consultant for New World Development Ltd. involved in the preparation of the traffic impact assessment and GBP together with the Green Area road layout design to resolve the access road interfacing with Black’s Link with adverse chamber super-elevation problem.  The access road was repaved and re-designed with rough stone feature surface to enhance road safety and integrated with the streetscaping with the nearby developments with masonry walls.
