Mr Man has over 47 years of experience in the field of transport planning and traffic engineering having held responsible positions amongst local authorities and traffic consultants in Hong Kong, the UK and Mainland China. He has been involved in all aspects of traffic and transport planning projects including: model development for strategic traffic and transport planning and development assessments, traffic volume and passenger demand forecasts for highway and public transport projects including integrated railway development projects, project management for highway infrastructure projects, parking demand studies, traffic and transport planning for inter-urban areas and marketing research to investigate local visitors’ and tourists’ travel behaviour.
