Mr Soh has over 12 years solid experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning in Hong Kong, China and Mongolia specializing in TIA studies, area-wide development traffic impact and improvement studies as well as highway infrastructure design. His robust professional attitude and TIA traffic forecasting techniques have proven in his responsive and cost-effective design. His knowledge in GIS and Python has equipped him the ability to apply GIS and Python language to integrate with district-wide parking demand study and territorial-wide journey time analysis. He is also experienced in public consultation and community engagement with T&TC and District Council.
